With a view of the sea, the villa Casa el Olivo in Las Negras is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 250 m² property was listed as one of the Top 21 houses in Andalusia by The Times and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
The house features interior stairs.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in the living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms, a fan, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, 4 open terraces, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. A golf course is located 18 km away.
The area is popular for hiking. Pets and parties are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. It is possible to rent all kinds of boats, kayaks etc.
