Beachfront villa with breathtaking views
Villa Nodu Pianu Verde is a semi-detached house in the exclusive, quiet Nodu Pianu complex.
From the panoramic terrace, you enjoy sweeping views over the sea all the way to the island of Tavolara.
The white sandy beach of Nodu Pianu, with its crystal-clear water, is a true paradise for snorkeling and is only about 400 meters away.
Within a few kilometers, you will find more beautiful beaches waiting to be discovered.
Shops and restaurants are located in the nearby villages of Pittulongu and Bados (about 1.5 km away), as well as in Golfo Aranci, a charming holiday town with a small harbor.
Excursions to the glamorous Costa Smeralda with the elegant marina of Porto Rotondo and to the lively town of Olbia (10 km away) are also very popular. Both halves, which offer plenty of privacy thanks to thoughtful architecture, are mirror images and can be rented separately or together, for example by families traveling together. Please note that only three bedrooms have air conditioning.
