This Sardinian-style holiday home is located on the first floor and features beautiful furnishings with cozy wooden elements.
The studio includes a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and 2 electric hobs in the living area, which also has a sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people.
The child-friendly property offers air conditioning, TV, cot, and high chair (the last two available on request).
The highlight is the large outdoor area of the complex, with a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants, peacocks, and turtles.
Spend relaxing hours in this tranquil atmosphere.
Guests have access to a large shared pool (open from April 5th to September 30th) that lights up in 7 different colors, as well as a private terrace for outdoor dining or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.
Thanks to its ideal location outside the bustle of Porto Rotondo, you will enjoy complete privacy, and the town center—with shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés—is just a few minutes away by car.
The sandy Marinella beach is 3 km away.

Die Wohnung und das Inventar ist sehr un die Jahre gekommen. Alte.. 30 jährige Pfannen!
Ganz schlecht , nur einmal in zwei Wochen Wäsche und Tücher ersetzt. Die Wohnung wurde während der 2 Wochen nie gereinigt.
Wenn man auf Pfauen und Hühner Geschrei um 06.00 steht super , sonnst schwierig.
Preis Leistung für uns sehr weit auseinander.
