The holiday home also features a private balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The Novoli Palazzi Rossi tram station is about a 10-minute walk away. Parking is unattended and suitable for small and medium-sized vehicles. Please note that the property is located within the “Scudo Verde” zone of the Municipality of Florence; access is prohibited for Euro 0 petrol vehicles and Euro 0 and Euro 1 diesel vehicles.

La situation non loin du centre, la propreté, l'équipement, le confort de la literie, l'appartement a été refait à neuf, les conseils de Giovanna à notre arrivée pour accéder facilement en ville (7 minutes à pied + 15 minutes de tram).
Un des voisins un peu bruyant (certainement une personne âgée un peu sourde qui laissait la tv allumée jusque tard)

The host was welcoming, helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was well furnished, had everything for a short city break and exactly as shown in the photos. The air-conditioning units in the bedroom and living room were appreciated during a very warm weekend in Florence.
The apartment is not situated right in the centre, but it was not difficult to reach the centre by bus or tram within 30mins.
