Beautiful house ideal for a stay with family, friends or business, close to the center of Aix, beaches, Arena, TGV station and airport.
This tastefully renovated 150-year-old bastide combines authenticity and modernity, with its stone walls and exposed beams.

Accommodation On the first floor, you'll find a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double basin and spa bath, plus 3 large bedrooms, one of which is around 20 m².
Outside, a large, well-equipped terrace (dining area, parasol, armchairs, swing...) and a large garden planted with olive and fruit trees.
The entrance gate is shared with the neighbor.
Non-smoking house, no pets inside, but pets are welcome in the garden.
