L'emplacement très proche du centre ville à pied et de l'animation.
Le petit jardin clôturé très agréable notamment pour notre petit chien.

Le système de ventilation de la pièce du jacuzzi évacuant mal l'humidité et obligeant un fonctionnement permanent d'autant plus que celui ci est relié à la lumière et oblige donc a la laisser allumer jour et nuit. Une installation a revoir pour rendre le système parfait à l'avenir je n'en doutes pas...
