Lage und Garten sind sehr gut, die Substanz von Haus und Inventar leider nicht, alles hat seine besten Tage bereits lange hinter sich oder fehlt gleich ganz (Mülleimer und Wasserkocher, haben wir notgedrungen selbst gekauft), die "Sitzgarnitur" im Garten hat nicht mal Schullandheim-Niveau.
