Thanks to its south-facing aspect and large windows, the home is filled with natural light and offers a pleasant atmosphere.
You can walk to the grocery store and restaurants in 8 minutes, the bakery in 5 minutes, and the beach in 15 minutes.
Bookings are made through a platform, but Conciergerie Bigoudène remains your main contact before, during, and after your stay.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: accommodates 2 guests • 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200) Bed linen, towels (1 set per person), bath mat, and tea towels are included.
LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN: - Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery. - Dining table for 4. - Lounge with sofa, armchair, TV, desk, and access to the terrace.
BATHROOM / WC: - Practical bathroom with large shower, single basin, mirror, hairdryer, and heated towel rail. - WC in the bathroom.
OUTDOORS: - 250 m² plot at the end of a quiet lane, 15 m² wooden terrace accessible from the living room and kitchen, furnished with armchairs and a table.
