The house is close to everything, town square, butcher, restaurants, shopping.
Quaint area of town. Very old character buildings.
The owner was lovely, easy to communicate with.
The house needs a good clean.
Personal belongings of the owners need to be removed from the areas around the house, bathroom, entry hall, etc.
bedding and pillows need upgrading as do the towels.
I think the house is very cute, and could easily be better presented.
