La Casa de Teror is synonymous with enjoyment.
It is a house where those who have passed through there have lived very good moments and have recharged their energy.
We have enjoyed, among other things, long walks through the Finca de Osorio or the routes and trails of the municipality, the Fiesta del Pino and lunches and dinners that began or ended with a great barbecue.
Always surrounded by family and friends.
La Casa de Teror is located next to the neighborhood of El Palmar.
The property is on a plot of about 320 m2.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen and a bathroom.
The rooms, as well as the garden of the house, have views to the Cumbre, the sea and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The garden has two very defined areas: In one you can enjoy the sun and the swimming pool overlooking the sea, while the recreation area overlooks the Cumbre de Gran Canaria and the Finca de Osorio, where you can eat and dine next to the barbecue.
The house has 2 security cameras.
One faces the entrance of the house and the other one faces the parking lot.
Pets are allowed on request.
