With views of the Atlantic, the country house 'La Casita de la Orilla de Peñate' in Santa Brígida is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 25 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with Italian coffee maker, kettle, and cutting board, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated home office workspace, as well as a fan. The house offers a private outdoor area with garden, open terrace, barbecue, and playground.
Barbecuing is allowed from October to May, except during environmental warnings. Nearby, you can visit the ancient dragon tree of Barranco de Alonso and the historic center of Santa Brígida. There is one parking space on the property, free street parking, and a garage parking space available. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
The property does not have air conditioning.
There are no steps inside the house. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels.
The house is a rural property in a protected area, committed to eco-friendly practices.
The use of insecticides is avoided, and the role of spiders in natural pest control is valued.
Due to its rural location, you may occasionally encounter spiders, beetles, lizards, or other insects, especially outdoors.
The house runs on solar panels and batteries for an eco-friendly electrical system.
One wall is the original traditional wall of the finca.

Das Haus ist perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wir konnten durch die top Lage in San Brigida mit unserem gemieteten Auto tolle Ausflüge machen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Blick vom Haus bei Nacht auf die Lichter im Tal ist herzerfüllend. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke Miguel :)
