The spacious ground-floor apartment accommodates up to six guests.
Surrounded by a beautiful private garden, it features a large furnished terrace with table, chairs, and swings—the perfect spot to enjoy stunning lake views.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table, and a living area with a sofa.
The sleeping area has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a sofa bed, and one with two single beds.
There are two bathrooms with shower cabins.
The property also includes a storage cellar with deck chairs for your use and two children’s bikes.
The villa offers ample parking shared with the other part of the house.
The property follows local recycling guidelines.
A crib and high chair are available on request.

Super Lage am Wasser und schöne Aussicht. Große Terrasse und große Wohnung. Einfacher Kontakt über WhatsApp in solidem Englisch.
Elektrik im Haus teils kompliziert. Küchenausstattung teilweise nicht funktionsfähig oder alt. Reparaturen werden nicht sofort durchgeführt.
Einkäufe und Restaurants hauptsächlich nur mit Auto erreichbar.
Nettes Haus (etwas in die Jahre gekommen) aber eine wunderbare Lage

Die Lage und die Terrasse.
Der Stromausfall in den Nebenräumen (Schlafzimmer + 2x Bad) Keine gute Absicherung in der Unterverteilung. Sicherung ist immer wieder gekommen.
