Villa Felice is a lakeside villa portion located in San Felice del Benaco on Lake Garda.
The spacious apartment accommodates up to eight guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it is surrounded by a beautiful private garden and a large terrace furnished with a table, chairs, swing, and barbecue—perfect for enjoying wonderful lake views.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table, and a living area with a sofa bed.
The sleeping area features three bedrooms: two with double beds and a third with a French bed and a single bed.
There are also two bathrooms with shower cabins.
The property includes a basement with two bicycles of various sizes and beach loungers, available for use during your stay.
Recycling guidelines are provided.
A crib and high chair are available on request.
Additional amenities include internet, TV, washing machine, and heating.
Towels and bed linens are provided only on request, for an extra fee.
Air conditioning is available for an extra fee.
Guests have direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy lakeside walks and reach local restaurants.
The location is convenient for supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and beaches (1–2.5 km away), and Verona Villafranca airport is just 49 km away.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren sehr schön. Die große Terrasse mit dem Blick auf den See ein Traum. Die Wohnung war geräumig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.
Die Betten könnten erneuert werden. Die Matrazen waren zu weich und ein Lattenrost in einem Zimmer sehr durchlegen.

Super Haus mit genügend Platz. Wir waren zu 6 (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Dafür ist die Wohnung super und jeder hat sein eigenes Bad. Die Aussicht ist super und der See nur 10 Meter entfernt.
Ein geräumiges Haus in bester Lage direkt am See.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Optisch ansprechend.
Die Betten sollten wirklich mal erneuert werden.
