Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the holiday home Villa Gracia with step-free interior in Mijas impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as beach/pool towels.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a pool, garden, 3 terraces, and a barbecue.
The property is located just a short walk from a taxi rank, a bus stop, a pharmacy and medical facilities and 10 minutes from the restaurant La Plaza with its lovely outdoor terrace, excellent cuisine and reasonable prices. 3 parking spaces are available on the property and 1 in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Please observe the quiet hours and be considerate of the neighbours.
Please empty the bins every night into the container outside.

A lovely, spacious villa with no less than three bathrooms. That’s very convenient when you're with a larger group. The villa is peacefully located on the edge of Mijas and offers ample parking.
The owners are very friendly and helpful, and as a bonus, they have their own vineyard. And of course, you can taste the wine — a unique experience. All in all, we’d love to come back again.

The views were fantastic and although being in the centre of Mijas it was nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the access to streamed TV services was much appreciated.
I felt there was inadequate cutlery and crockery for the capacity of the villa. Only 6 knives/forks/spoons etc. Also there was only 1 bread knife and 1 small sharp knife in the kitchen, which makes it difficult when preparing a meal. An information pack detailing how the heating works, where to dispose of your refuse and washing machine instructions would have been useful.
