In Mijas, the holiday home Mijas Tropical, Casita Típica offers an excellent view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.
There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, that also cools the main bedroom, and another unit in the second bedroom.
A baby cot and highchair are also available on request. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. There are many hiking opportunities throughout the Sierra de Mijas area, with different levels of difficulty.
A bus stop is 100 metres from the property and a swimming pool is a 15-minute drive away. Street parking is available, just 200 m from the property. Pets are not allowed. Please speak to the homeowner about early/late check-in/check-out times. Sustainability and the environment are a theme at this property.
The host has trees and plants in the house and terrace.
There is also low-pressure water and more information about this because water use is very important in this area.
There are 4 recycling bins for plastic, glass, cardboard and the rest of the waste.
There are lead lamps throughout the house to reduce electricity consumption. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

It took us a little while to figure out the space heaters and on January evenings the flat got cold without them. Facilities are basic but that's aligned with the price. The washing machine was a bit awkward to use but the host had openly offered to take our clothes to the laundrette instead if needed.
One of the most incredible white villages in Andalusia.
