Located in Capalbio, the farmhouse Rosaspina - Appartamento 4 has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 35 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This property offers access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, and an outdoor shower. The farmhouse is immersed in the green Tuscan Maremma, located near the village of Capalbio and the prestigious Argentario coastline, just a few kilometers from the Tarot Garden, a sculpture garden created by the artist Niki de Saint Phalle. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. A first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are available in common areas. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Posizione strategica immersi nella natura e quiete, a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Capalbio e il mare a soli 20 minuti. Uno dei pochi agriturismi con piscina della zona! Appartamento con tutti i comfort per un piacevolissimo soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!!!

Beautiful, peaceful location out in the Country. After visiting Rome this was a much needed break from the hustle. Beautiful location and things to do around you. We drove to the beach and there were wineries and local hikes to do within a short driving distance.
