The farmhouse "Rosaspina - Appartamento 2" in Capalbio is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
Pool open from the end of May to mid-September, from 8:30 am to 7 pm.
It is forbidden to dive. The farmhouse is immersed in the green Tuscan Maremma - near the village of Capalbio, the prestigious Argentario coastline, and a few kilometres from the Tarot Garden of artist Niki de Saint de Phalle. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are allowed but cannot be left free in the facility. Wi-Fi is not available. The property has a step-free interior. Parties are not allowed so as to not disturb other guests. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.
