The holiday home Villa Costa Paradiso del Sud is located in Cala Sinzias just a short walk from the beach.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This property boasts a private outdoor space featuring a garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The house is by the sea.
A 2-minute walk takes you to the beach.
In front of the house there is both a nice stretch of free beach, but there are also kiosks that provide the main services of beach service, catering and rental of dinghies and pedal boats and canoes.
The closest one, a 5-minute walk from home, is Is fradis, while a 10-minute walk through the pine forest is Lido Tamatete.
Renowned bathing establishment with restaurant on the beach, evenings with live music and aperitifs every evening.
The path leading to the beach and kiosks is level and partially shaded by the pine forest.
The house has two double bedrooms on the main floor and one bathroom.
The basement has a sitting area with a sofa bed and a room with a French single bed.
Possibility of having crib and high chair on request.
The windows of the rooms all have mosquito nets.
And the rooms on the pricipal floor have ceiling fans for an optimization of air conditioning recycling.
There are three steps inside the house dividing living and sleeping areas, and a flight of stairs leading to the basement.

And 4 more steps that lead to the back terrace and the terrace with barbecue.
The terraces are equipped for eating outside, with table chairs and armchairs.

Aria condizionata solo in soggiorno nelle camere ventilatore
Piano cottura con piastre ha necessità di un potenziamento ogni 5 minuti scatta e bisogna scegliere tra aria condizionata e cucinare a 40 gradi

Die Aussendusche war richtig toll!
Haus ist einfach und nicht modern (wirkt auf Fotos anders), hat jedoch Charme.
Es war alles vorhanden inkl. Geschirrspülertabs und Waschpods, sogar ein paar Lebensmittel waren da!
Es gab nur einen Liegestuhl, ein zweiter wäre toll! Es gab auch noch 2 Plastikliegen,...
Strand doch ziemlich weit weg, mind 5 Min Fußweg…
Es gab kein 3. Schlafzimmer, da wir zu dritt waren, kein Problem. Es gibt jedoch einen Abgang in den Keller ohne Tür (aber mit Kindersicherung) wo ein Sofa steht und Spielsachen sind.
Prinzipiell gibt es nur 4 Sessel beim
Tisch im Haus. dh zu 5. ode...
