76 m² of living space plus around 30 m² of private outdoor area: This designer holiday apartment offers exceptional space for two guests, featuring a separate bedroom, a spacious living area, and a consistent interior design that combines colors, furniture, and large botanical wall motifs.
A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for a child or teenager.
The large table is also ideal as a workspace; an office chair and desk lamp can be provided on request. The apartment is on the ground floor and opens from the living area directly onto a private terrace overlooking the garden.
Here you can enjoy breakfast, read, or relax after a day at Lake Constance in a peaceful setting. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering.
The apartment includes a spacious, bright bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. High-quality, stable Wi-Fi and a smart TV complete the amenities. You are well connected even without a car: The nearest city bus stop is just a two to three minute walk away, providing access to the train station and city center.

Es war alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Tiefgarage, Fahrradkeller etc. Sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat sich mehrfach erkundigt, ob ich etwas brauche und ob alles in Ordnung ist.
