The island’s beach and harbor are just 500 meters away, as are bakeries, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and a bank.

You’ll also find many small fruit and vegetable stands as well as fresh fish stalls.
For a bigger selection, a new supermarket on the mainland is a 10-minute drive away.
The city of Constance can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
On the island, all sights and restaurants are within walking distance or even quicker by bike.
The area and Constance are easily accessible via the well-developed bike path network.
The nearest bus stop (Mittelzell/Museum), with connections around the island and to Reichenau train station for further travel to Constance, is about 700 meters away.
Reichenau train station is about 6 km away and a 10-minute drive.
With the guest card you receive on arrival, you can use public transport free of charge.
