Situated in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the holiday home Cia Molina is just a short walk from the beach.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental features private terraces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evening. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. Las Canteras Beach is 50m from the apartment. The property is close to two shopping centers El Corte Inglés and CC Las Arenas. The house is near the most important hospitality and leisure area in the city and you can find everything within walking distance. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. This property has light and water-saving features.

Tolle Lage, 5 min zum Strand, 5 min zur Bushaltestelle, 2 min zum Supermarkt. Tolle Terrasse mit super smarter Sitzgelegenheit. Küche gut ausgestattet, 2 große Schlafzimmer. Alles war sehr sauber. Und extrem entspannter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Muchísimas gracias Karl.

Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals.
