The 'Beachfront Apartment' is located right on Las Canteras Beach in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with direct access to the promenade and sea views from the private balcony.
Just a few meters away you will find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and public transport stops. This 40 m² apartment accommodates up to 3 guests: it has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and 1 full bathroom.
The private kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.
Groceries and condiments can be found in nearby shops just a few meters from the apartment. Bed linen, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and TV are included.
A fan and hairdryer are available on request.
Access is via stairs only (first floor). There is no air conditioning.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.

We visit our family in Las Palmas regularly and this apartment is in an excellent location. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea view when you are not elsewhere. The facilities are good, a kitchenette, good wi-fi, helpful host and assistant if needed (they weren't). We were happy there, it's relatively modest reflecting the pricing.
We pretty much enjoyed the property, it's mainly a location thing, close to our family and near the beach. It's mainly Ikea furniture etc and fairly plain to be fair. But overall it's good for the price level.

Emplacement, possibilité de louer une voiture avec parking gratuit, tout commerce, à proximité et plage, emplacement stratégique pour visiter L’île
Logement parfait et propre. Cependant il manquait des choses essentielles. Pas de sel, pas de poivre, Pas de sucre,un rouleau de papier toilette, un sac-poubelle, un torchon, pas assez de couverts ni de verres, pas de serviettes de plage, deux petites serviettes et deux grandes serviettes de toilett...
