The 198 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. 3 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available for a fee. The property features a private outdoor area with a pool (can be heated for an extra fee), 2 open terraces, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.

The property is located close to the beach, a sports field, golf and mini-golf courses, a tennis centre, water sports facilities, an equestrian centre, a bike hire shop, a children's club, restaurants, bars and music venues.
