The 161 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer. 3 high chairs and 3 baby cots are also available for a fee.
The property features a private outdoor area with a pool (can be heated for an extra fee), an open terrace, a covered terrace and a balcony.
The property is located close to the beach, a sports field, golf and mini-golf courses, a tennis centre, water sports facilities, an equestrian centre, a bike hire shop, a children's club, restaurants, bars and music venues.
Free parking is available on the street.
