The studio apartment Alla Marina Monolocale Deluxe is located in Cagliari and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as air conditioning. This studio apartment features a private balcony for evening relaxation. The property is located in the center of Cagliari, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute drive from Poetto beach. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
