Sardinia Gem House is a holiday apartment located in the lively Marina district of Cagliari.
The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, as well as a cot and a highchair, which are both available upon request. Outside, you will find a balcony with views of the sea. The apartment benefits from an exceptional location in the heart of the historic centre of the city, a stone's throw from the attractions, places and historic districts of Cagliari: the Bastion Saint Remy, Castello with its Pisan towers and the Cathedral, Stampace and Villanova, as well as the promenade of the marina.
There are many shops, restaurants and bars within the Marina district and the nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes away on foot (250m). The beautiful beach at Poetto is just 10 minutes away by car (5km) and can also easily be reached by public transport.
Cagliari airport is also 10 minutes drive away (8km) and this journey can also easily be made using public transport. Pets are not allowed.

Sehr schönes kleines Apartment, fußläufig zum Bahnhof nur ein paar Minuten. Der Gastgeber Roberto war super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzige Manko war, dass es Nachts sehr laut von der Straße her war, aber dafür wohnt man Zentral in der Stadt.

The apartment is within a short walk to many restaurants and coffee shops. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Roberto is the nicest host I have encountered on VRBO!
