Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the villa "Ca na Magdalena" is located in Santanyi.
The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, heating as well as a washing machine.
In addition, air conditioning is available in all rooms from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am (please contact the host in advance if it is also needed in the afternoon). A baby cot and a high chair are also provided. The villa offers a private pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links. A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. The bed linen and towels will be changed for stays longer than 7 days. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting.
