Overlooking the mountain, the villa "Can Baltasar" in Santanyi impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, heating as well as a washing machine.
In addition, air conditioning is available in all rooms from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am (please contact the host in advance if it is also needed in the afternoon).
A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.
The property offers a private outdoor area with a pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property is located close to the beach and public transport links.
A parking space is available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
The bed linen and towels will be changed for stays longer than 7 days.

The house was amazing!! Much bigger than I thought it was going to be and had everything we needed. The location is perfect - 5 min to harbor, 10 min to main area of town, market is 2 min walk away.
The freezer unfortunately didn’t work and we only got one trash bag in a small trash can for our multiple day stay.
Mooi schoon huis waar je van alle voorzieningen bent voorzien.

De flexibiliteit van de gastheer, het huis zelf en de fijne tuin met de hele dag zon. De foto's laten het huis slechter lijken dan dat het is. Een aanrader om te boeken. Stadje is en kwartiertje lopen en de haven 5 minuten.
De douche was af en toe koud.
