Overlooking the mountain, the villa "Can Baltasar" in Santanyi impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, heating as well as a washing machine.
In addition, air conditioning is available in all rooms from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am (please contact the host in advance if it is also needed in the afternoon).
A baby cot and a high chair are also provided. The property offers a private outdoor area with a pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The bed linen and towels will be changed for stays longer than 7 days. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting.
