The holiday home 'Al Mare Da Pépé' is located in Budoni and stands out for its proximity to the beach.
The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
The bedroom and bathroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Additional amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning, 3 fans, washing machine, drying rack with clothespins, books, and toys for children.
A small cot for a child is available on request (bed linen for a fee) and a high chair is provided free of charge.
A stroller is also available on request (for an extra fee). The property features a private outdoor area with garden furniture, portable barbecue, playground (slide, rocking horse, table and chairs), and outdoor shower.
The large covered veranda is equipped with a table, chairs, and a lounge area.
The property is 300 metres from the sea and public transport connections are within walking distance.
The nearest supermarket is one kilometre away.
Next to the property's gate, with a courtyard for your exclusive use, there is a large public car park.
Up to 2 pets are allowed, but they must stay in the fenced garden; entry into the house is not permitted.
Smoking and events are not allowed inside.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die nahe Lage am Strand, die ruhige Lage in der Umgebung.
Man sieht mit wieviel Liebe das Haus eingerichtet wurde. Es war alles im Haus, was wir brauchten.

Mariline war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche bietet alles, was für eine Woche Urlaub vonnöten ist. Wir würden wiederkommen!
