The holiday apartment Casa Agata Verde is located in Porto Ottiolu and stands out for its charming veranda overlooking the scenic hills covered with Mediterranean scrub.
The veranda is equipped with all comforts for outdoor dining and is surrounded by geraniums and jasmines. The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed suitable for children and teenagers, a fully equipped open kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, books and toys for children.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
The holiday home has a private outdoor area with a covered terrace of about 20 m². You have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities. The apartment is located in the center of Porto Ottiolu, just a few minutes from main services such as supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, and boat rental.
The nearest beach is only 400 meters away and easily reachable on foot, while the main beach is about 700 meters away, crossing the marina.
Within a 20 km radius, you can explore some of the most beautiful beaches on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. Free parking is available in front of the property.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed and smoking or organizing parties is not permitted. The hostess speaks fluent English and French.
The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation and features energy-saving lighting.
