Located in Capannori, the holiday home 'Casa del Rio' has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one for the living area and one for the bedrooms) and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, heating, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday home offers a private garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings.
There is a private pool on the property that is open from June to September and opening hours are from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
The accommodation also has a fully equipped terrace with a bioclimatic pergola. The holiday home is one of the few houses in the centre.
It is 18 km from Lucca, 40 km from Versilia, 90 km from Abetone, 30 km from Pisa, and 90 km from Firenze. A parking space is available on the property. The holiday home has two floors, an entrance with 4 steps, and is located in a hilly area. Pets and events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
