Located in Capannori, the holiday home 'Casa del Rio' has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one for the living area and one for the bedrooms) and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, heating, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday home offers a private garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings.
There is a private pool on the property that is open from June to September and opening hours are from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
The accommodation also has a fully equipped terrace with a bioclimatic pergola.
The holiday home is one of the few houses in the centre.
It is 18 km from Lucca, 40 km from Versilia, 90 km from Abetone, 30 km from Pisa, and 90 km from Firenze.

La maison offre tout le confort et l'espace dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons adoré la piscine, la maison traditionnelle en pierre, le jardin et la véranda, le silence, les montagnes verdoyantes environnantes, le parfum de la lavande et le petit village au charme authentique. Mariella est très accueillante et serviable. Je la recommande vivement !
Même les jours de pluie sont appréciables là bas !
