The holiday home "Casa Juan y Loli" is located in Nigüelas and offers mountain views.
This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower), accommodating up to eight guests.
You have access to Wi-Fi, TV, standing fans, a washing machine, and a dryer. The private outdoor area includes a pool (open June to September), a covered terrace, an open terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Nearby, you can enjoy hiking trails in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, located close to the village.
The Torrente River is also nearby. A free parking space is available in the square near the property. Families with children are welcome.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
The house does not have air conditioning but is equipped with fans in all rooms.
To keep the house cool naturally, we recommend ventilating at night and keeping windows closed during the hottest hours.
There is storage space for ski equipment.
This rental features energy and water-saving amenities.

Lots of space, good beds and excellent location. Large, clean swimming pool. Wifi works well.
There was no view on the mountains and no dishwasher, although this was stated as present in the description.
Host is not responding to email or whatsapp, only direct call.
No morning or evening sun around the pool.

Lo único bueno es el jardín
No nos gustó la anfitriona Charo y tampoco la propiedad.
La casa es muy antigua y sin renovar. No va bien el agua caliente, los colchones son viejos y malos, la casa estaba sucia, y lo peor
Problemas eléctricos constantes. En 3 días tuvimos que ir al cuadro eléctrico 15-20 veces.
Tampoco funcionaba...
