The vacation home "Casa Juan y Loli" is located in Nigüelas and overlooks the mountain.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and another one with a shower) and can accommodate 8 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, floor fans, a washing machine and a dryer. Your private outdoor area includes a pool (open from May to September), an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The nearby area offers hiking trails through the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, which is situated near the village.
The Torrente River is also close by. Free parking is available at the square near the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Ski storage is available. This property has light and water-saving features. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
