The holiday home 'Ladera De Los Molinos', which is situated in Padul, overlooks the nearby mountains.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, heating, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue area with hammocks, benches, an outdoor shower, and a children's area with swings.
The pool is open from 15th May to 30th September. A golf course is 10 km away, a water park is 17 km, AGP airport is 81 km, shopping, and the nearest restaurant are 2 km, the nearest beach is 31 km, the nearest town is 16 km (Granada), and the Mammoth route is 1 m. A parking space is available on the property. The property has motorbike, bicycle, and ski storage. 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this property. The property has step-free access and wide doors. Excess electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit. Firewood for the fireplace is available. This property has light and water-saving features.

Het zwembad was goed, de host bijzonder behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Voldoende specerijen en dergelijke aanwezig, koffie werd opschenkkoffie, gasbbq en houtskoolbbg, rustig gelegen, mooi uitzicht.
De airco werkte goed in de woonkamer, de slaapkamers werden toch wel warm. In onze week was het tussen de 35 en 40 graden.
