Rural house for six guests with a communal pool.
The house features three bedrooms: two with two single beds (90 cm each) and one with a double bed (135 cm). There are two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub—plus a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room has air conditioning, and the bedrooms are fitted with fans for your comfort.
Enjoy a private garden with a barbecue.
The only shared area is the pool, which is used by four other houses.
Access to the terrace is through the common area of the complex, not directly from the house. Parking is located right next to the house, within the villa grounds. The property is at the entrance of Conil, two kilometers from the center and the beaches.
We recommend using a car to reach the center, which takes about five minutes. The pool is closed during the low season (November to February inclusive). This accommodation is only rented to families and couples.
Groups of young people are not allowed.
Parties and celebrations are strictly prohibited. Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could affect pool availability, garden irrigation, or limit tap water use.
