The vacation home consists of a living/dining room, an open-plan, very well-equipped kitchen with bar stools, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people (if a family is coming with a baby or young child, contact homeowner to request 5 guests).

Being located on the central avenue of Canarias-Lobita, the home is also very well-connected in order to the visit the beautiful beaches on the coastline.

The nearest beach is Playa La Fontanilla, which is about a 6-minute drive or 2.5 km away. Parking spaces are available on the property.
