The 75 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to five people.
Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dryer. A highlight of this property is the private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The accommodation is only a 10-minute walk from the lake.
In the surrounding area, you will find numerous amenities, including bike rentals, cycling paths, a lakeside promenade, amusement parks, aquariums, as well as various shops and fish markets.
Public transport is within walking distance and Bardolino is easily accessible. There are two parking spaces available on the property.
Smoking and parties are not allowed.
One dog with a maximum weight of 30 kg is permitted.
The accommodation offers step-free access and provides towels for indoor use as well as for the beach and pool.
There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. The property has guidelines for correct waste separation, which you will be informed about on site.
Energy- and water-saving facilities are available, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.

Das Haus war sehr modern und nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet. Alles sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Besonders toll ist der Außenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse und Grill. Auch der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigeren Ecke, man kommt aber gut zu Fuß...
Schönes Haus in guter Ausgangslage für Ausflüge.

Das Haus hat einen schönen Pool, sogar mit Aussendusche, die wir sehr schätzten!
Der gedeckte Sitzplatz war grossartig, da man auch mal bei Regenwetter geschützt draussen weilen konnte und sogar 2 Autos unter Dach Platz hatten!
Die Abfallsammlung-, wie Entsorgung könnte im Haus effizienter gestaltet werden, z.B. mit grösseren Kübeln, wo vorallem die dafür vorgesehenen Abfallsäcke vorhanden sind.
Für ein so schönes, neues Haus wäre von Vorteil, die sanitären Anlagen und Armaturen regelmässig kontrollieren zu lassen.

Huis staat niet op Google maps maar is zeker aanwezig. Zalig verblijf gehad , wilden zelfs langer blijven , we zijn een Belgisch gezin van 5 ( 17, 15 en 8 jaar ) winkels, Gardameer, Gardaland , Movieland, … allemaal dichtbij
