Charming apartment "Tenuta Naiano Raffaello" near Lake Garda with Wi-Fi
The welcoming and well-furnished "Tenuta Naiano Raffaello" apartment is located in a rural area outside Cavaion Veronese, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, just a short drive from the shores of Lake Garda.
Heating is available in winter for an extra fee based on consumption. The 60 m² ground-floor apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, washing machine, dryer, fireplace, and cable TV. A high chair is available on request.
The spacious outdoor area, shared with the upstairs apartment and overlooking the vineyards, offers a lush garden with a dining table and lounge furniture, where you can relax under umbrellas, play table tennis, or enjoy evenings with a glass of wine and barbecues. From the apartment, you can explore the region and reach Verona and the international airport in about 30 minutes by car (20-30 km). Venice is about a 90-minute drive or 150 km away. Parking is available.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Pets are allowed; the first pet stays free, while a surcharge applies for the second and third.
Dogs must be friendly and well-behaved. Wine, olive oil, and local product tastings can be arranged at the Bellora Wine Shop in the Tenuta di Naiano’s courtyard.

Wir hatten ein sehr schöne Urlaubstage dort. Sehr ruhig gelegen, mit unseren 2 Hunden ideal. Supermarkt ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ist nur zu empfehlen.

Der Gastgeber (& die anderen Ansprechpartner) sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um alles !
Wir erlebten eine fantastische Woche in dieser überaus liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung auf dem grandios gelegenen Weingut.

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Kamin. Das Holz dazu gab es gratis.
Die Begrüßung war herzlich mit Espresso und Weinverkostung. Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung vom Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich. Die Benutzung des Tennisplatzes war inclusive.
Die drei frei laufenden Labrador-Hunde waren umgänglich und vertrugen sich gut mit unserem Berner Sennenhund.
Die Heizkosten mussten am Ende zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Das war im Vertrag nicht erwähnt.
