With 48 sqm, it is ideal for 2-4 people.
The living/dining room with kitchen is a bright, welcoming space featuring a cozy sofa corner and a dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
In the bedroom, you will find a double bed and wooden furniture, while the sofa bed in the living/dining area provides additional sleeping options.
The bathroom is bright and features a shower and WC. TV and Wi-Fi are available in the apartment.
The apartment has a separate entrance and is non-smoking.
It is fully tiled and located in a quiet area on the edge of town. The apartment is quietly situated on the outskirts with a view of Hohenneuffen Castle, which you can enjoy from the terrace.
The Beuren vineyards and numerous hiking trails start right at the house.
The historic town center with small shops and restaurants is about a 5-minute walk away; you can reach the Panorama Therme and the Beuren Open-Air Museum in 10-15 minutes on foot.
Activities such as hiking, cycling, or excursions to nearby castles, palaces, and museums are possible.
A bus stop is only a few meters away.

Das Haus ist in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage und sehr ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet. Absolutes Wohlgühlambiente!
Es ist wirklich alles da, was man in Küche, Bad und Wohnbereich braucht. Viele Ausflugstipps und Prospekte liegen bereit, Langeweile kommt gerantiert nicht auf.
Die Bäckerei in Fußreichweite ist außerdem sehr empfehlenswert ;)
