Holiday apartment with 35 m² for 2 guests, featuring a combined living and sleeping area and a small kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, two hotplates, Philips Senseo coffee machine (coffee pads), kettle, toaster, as well as pans, pots, dishes, and glasses.
Refreshments are provided.
The separate bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, towels, and hairdryer. Amenities include a king-size bed with bed linen for 2 guests, an additional daybed, side table by the daybed, armchair, dining table with two chairs, desk with chair, radio with speakers, Wi-Fi, and TV with a wide range of channels. The apartment offers a partially covered balcony with table and chairs.
All rooms are newly renovated.
Free parking is available directly in front of the building. The accommodation is conveniently located in the Ötlingen district, close to many daily necessities within walking distance (100–300 meters): banks, bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants, hairdressers, post office, doctors, pharmacy, supermarkets (1 km), and a golf course (3 km). Public transport: Well-developed city bus service, express buses to the Stuttgart trade fair and airport (22 km) every 30 minutes.
The Ötlingen stop (200 m) connects to the S1 train towards Stuttgart-Herrenberg, also every 30 minutes. Information about sights such as the half-timbered town of Kirchheim (2.2 km), Hahnweide glider airfield (3 km), Teck Castle (8 km), Hohenneuffen Castle (17 km), Wilhelma Stuttgart (35 km), Urweltmuseum Holzmaden (10 km), and Outletcity Metzingen (25 km) is available on site. A folder with all necessary instructions is provided.

Sehr nette Gastgeber,die Einrichtung war den Bildern entsprechend. Eine kleine Terrasse läd zum Kaffee trinken ein. Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Mir fehlte die auf den Fotos abgebildete Kaffeemaschine. Ich trinke gerne Filterkaffee. Dies sollte man vielleicht entweder aus den Bildern entfernen oder optional trotzdem eine Kaffeemaschine bereit stellen.
