Holiday apartment with 35 m² for 2 people, consisting of a living and sleeping area as well as a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, two hotplates, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and sufficient pans, pots, dishes, and glasses.
Refreshing drinks are provided.
The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, towels, and hairdryer. Amenities: King-size bed for 2 people with bed linen, additional couch, side table at the couch, armchair, dining table with two chairs, desk with chair, radio with speakers, Wi-Fi, and TV with a wide range of channels. The apartment features a partially covered balcony with table and chairs.
The rooms are freshly renovated.
Free parking is available directly in front of the building. The accommodation is located in close proximity to numerous daily amenities in the Ötlingen district, all within walking distance (100 to 300 meters): banks, bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants, hairdressers, post office, doctors, pharmacy, as well as supermarkets (1 km) and a golf course (3 km). Public transport: Well-developed city bus service, express buses to the trade fair and Stuttgart Airport (22 km) every half hour.
The Ötlingen stop (200 m) offers access to the S1 train towards Stuttgart-Herrenberg, also every half hour. You will receive information on sights such as the half-timbered town of Kirchheim (2.2 km), Hahnweide glider airfield (3 km), Teck Castle (8 km), Hohenneuffen Castle (17 km), Wilhelma Stuttgart (35 km), Urweltmuseum Holzmaden (10 km), and Outletcity Metzingen (25 km) on site. In a folder, you will find all necessary instructions and the Wi-Fi access data.
