The holiday apartment "Casa Las Palmeras" is located in Costa Teguise just a short walk from the beach.
This 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine and air conditioning (in the kitchen and in the living room).
A baby cot is available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor with a pool. The property is located 1.4 km from the beach Playa de las Cucharas and 800 m from the beach Playa de los Charcos.
The aquarium is just 900 m away and the water park of Costa Teguise can be reached within 3.3 km. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Parties are strictly forbidden. Air conditioning is not available. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices at the entrance of the residential complex.
