Located in the village of Guatiza, just a short drive from the east coast of the island, the cosy studio apartment Loft la Petite boasts rustic charm.
The beautiful apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom.
The property can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television.
Furthermore, the property offers a private outdoor area which is made up of a garden and an open terrace.
The outdoor spaces invite you to start your day outside with a cup of coffee or to relax with a good book under the sun. Thanks to its central location in the village, restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached on foot in under 5 minutes.
The nearest supermarket is also only a 7-minute walk away (600 m). Visit the cactus garden Jardín de Cactus which is a 12-minute walk away (1 km) or take a swim in the natural pool Cueva del Agua which is a 7-minute drive away (2.7 km). The beach Playa las Cucharas is also just a 15-minute drive away (12.8 km) where you can relax on the soft sand.
Furthermore, Lanzarote airport can be reached in 21 minutes by car (22.2 km) Parking spaces are available on the property.

le calme et le jardin
Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme une passoire par exemple et un peu de sel, de poivre et d'huile d'olive.
Prévoir si possible une voiture pour vos déplacements car hors saison à Guatiza, qui est un petit village, vous pourriez être un peu bloqué.

Un joli appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut y compris un parking
Lieu calme et en même temps proche de tout, à 5 mns du Jardin des Cactus par exemple
