The holiday home "66 sqm, 1 to 5 guests" is located in a quiet area of Immenstaad am Bodensee and is perfect for an unforgettable stay with your loved ones.
The 66 m² property offers a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests (1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 with 3 single beds including 2 bunk beds). Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and high chair are also provided.
Socket covers can be installed on request. Enjoy your own outdoor space with a private garden and open terrace.
Several playgrounds are located in the park just a few steps from the house.
Public bus stops are within 500 m to 1 km. Free parking is available 50 to 100 m from the property.
Up to 2 pets are allowed.
A welcome package with soap and toilet paper is provided. The interior is step-free.
There are 2 steps at the entrance, but you can access the property step-free from the garden side. The property has guidelines to help you separate waste correctly.
