Enjoy your holiday in this modern, bright maisonette-style apartment just steps from Lake Constance.
The apartment is part of a small, well-kept residential complex with underground parking and a private swimming pool (approx. 26 °C), located directly at the West Harbor of Hagnau. A bakery is just a stone's throw away.
You can also relax at many spots along the harbor, by the lake, or on the lakeside promenade from Hagnau to Meersburg. The small rooftop terrace offers partial lake views, though the view is not visible from all areas.
The terrace is also shielded from most sides, offering privacy. The apartment offers approx. 55 sqm of living space with some sloped ceilings and an open living area with a ceiling height of about 3 to 4 meters.
There is one bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed. The kitchen is fully equipped except for a dishwasher. A steep staircase leads to the rooftop terrace—charming, but not suitable for small children or guests with limited mobility. The location is ideal for those who want to experience Lake Constance up close: Enjoy walks along the shore, water sports, cycling tours, or excursions to charming nearby towns—all right outside your door. Your underground parking space has a height restriction; vehicles such as a Mercedes Vito or VW T-Class are too tall for the garage.

Gute Lage, weil direkt am See.

Neben der super Lage am See hat uns z. B. das kleine Fenster mit Fliegengitter zu oberen Etage gefallen.
Auch die Couch war bequem.
Das Wasser im Schwimmbad fanden wir zu kühl. Deshalb waren wir nur einmal kurz schwimmen.
Der Gastgeber war anscheinend verreist. Deshald können wir den Gastgeber bzw. Gastgeberin nicht beurteilen.
Die Tür im oberen Geschoss war defekt. Die Befestigung des Türbeschlags war aus dem Holz der Tür herau...

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten(fehlendes Gefrierfach, keine Spülmaschine, fehlende Ablagen am Bett, defekter Griff zur Terrasse) haben wir uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt direkt am See und Hafen.
