The vacation apartment "Villalú- Appartamento Tucano" is located in Cagliari's picturesque Villanova neighborhood and is part of a historic Art Nouveau mansion recently renovated with care and elegance.

The apartment is organized on two floors.

On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a first bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The second floor consists of a comfortable living room with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction plate, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine) that overlooks a private covered terrace where you can relax at all times of the year.

Also on the second floor is the second bedroom and second bathroom. Additional services include Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The property is strategically located in the historic center and you can easily get around the entire city of Cagliari on foot.

The well-known district market of San Benedetto is within walking distance in a few minutes and offers fresh local products that will allow you to immerse yourself in the culinary traditions of this wonderful island.
