Located in Orihuela, the villa "Las Ramblas" offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain and the nearby golf courses.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, fans in the other 2 bedrooms, heating, a washing machine and a TV.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The area offers cycle paths along the canal.
There is a parking space on the property, additional free parking is available on the street.
Pets are allowed.
Please note that the entrance is not step-free.

Die Ausstattung ist älter, sollte aber auf Schuss gehalten werden - Beispiel: Mikrowelle kaputt, Senseo Kaputt, Pooleinfassung kaputt, Eingangstür Schloss defekt.
