This two bedroom top floor, south facing holiday home with free private parking, accommodates 4 people.
Situated in the Entregolf Urbanisation in a private street on the Costa Blanca between Torrevieja (Los Altos) and Orihuela Costa (Villamartin).
Downstairs there is an all day sunny terrace with a large table and chairs for dining.
The holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine and a oven, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a 50“ Smart TV with free English and German satellite channels as well as air conditioning in all rooms plus ceiling fans.
The apartment boasts a large private roof solarium with a dining table, chairs, sunbeds, parasol, barbecue and panoramic views.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool and garden.
Aldi supermarket, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, although a car is recommended.
Villamartin Golf Course is only 5 mins drive away (2.5 kms).

We have been coming to this apartment for the last 10+ years, Karen the host is really good and it's always clean. There are near by bars etc and the Sunset cafe is the best breakfast around. Near by supermarkets, and ATMs, live music a few times a week near by, we hire a car from Grays Car hire which is local.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped

The large solarium gave ample room and opportunity for sunbathing. The patio leading from the lounge was perfect for outdoor dining.
