The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms with new, high-quality mattresses, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children.
A pool table is also available for your enjoyment. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue, ping pong table, and outdoor shower.
There is also a storage room with an exterior bathroom for added convenience. The property is close to the beach and just 300 m from the Cova de s'Aigua. Free street parking is available.
Pets are not allowed.
Babysitting services are available.
A cot, high chair, and beach or pool towels are available for an extra fee upon request.
Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are installed on the premises.

Had a fantastic time in the Villa - the pool was definitely a highlight! Roser was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about the area and activities we could do. Would recommend for a relaxing time!
