The house is located on the slope of a ravine, away from the rest of the buildings.
The access is through a flat path, very comfortable and conditioned.
The approximate distance to the road is about 100 meters.
The environment is very beautiful, in the middle of nature.
There are many routes in the surroundings for hiking.
It is only 5 kms from the Cruz de Tejeda by royal roads and one kilometer from the Barranco de La Mina.
The house has a terrace area with solar shower, swimming pool and hammocks.
Covered grill area to cook outside and have a good time.
The distribution is as follows: living room kitchen with a sofa bed, bathroom and master bedroom with double bed.

The rules of the house are as follows: Once the stay is over, guests must take away the garbage generated during their stay.

Het huis, de privé tuin, lekker zwembad met buitendouche, heerlijke plek om te bbq
De auto zet je iets verder weg, en de wandeling naar het huis is kort maar wel met wat hellingen, voor ons geen probleem, maar als de auto tot het huis zou kunnen was nog beter geweest

Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, voll ausgestattet, hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. Juan, der Gastgeber war außerordentlich zuvorkommend, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, unsere Koffer waren verloren und er hat sich wie...
Der Pool war ein paar Tage sehr laut, da wir nicht wussten, woran es liegt und dachten, es wäre evtl. normal, da wir uns nicht auskannten und haben deshalb den Gastgeber nicht
kontaktiert. Das Problem erledigte sich aber dann von selbst.
Es wäre zudem schön, wenn es eine Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe...
