Every unit features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, and terraces.
Albercutx Pollentia 1 (ground floor) has 4 double bedrooms for up to 8 guests.
Albercutx Pollentia 2 (first floor) offers 3 double bedrooms for 6 guests, and Albercutx Pollentia 3 (second floor) has 4 double bedrooms for 8 guests, accommodating up to 22 guests in total.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and smart TV with streaming services.
Three high chairs and three cots are also available.
Free street parking is available, as well as a public car park very close to the property.
