Die Lage ist genial. Direkter Blick vom Balkon im 4.OG auf Meer und Strand bringen einen in tolle Urlaubsstimmung jeden Morgen und abends. Der Strand ist auch meist nicht so voll wie an anderen Orten und in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Durch die Lage ist es ein idealer Ausgangsort für kurze Ausflüg...
Direkt am Haus verläuft die Bahnlinie nach Barcelona, mit bis zu 4 Bahnen pro Stunde werktags, am Wochenende weniger. Es ist nur eine Klimaanlage in dem Schlafraum mit dem Doppelbett installiert, die anderen Räume sind leider ohne Klimatisierung. Die Parkgarage ist etwas eng und erfordert einige Ran...

Strand direkt vor der Wohnung. Und auch nicht überlaufen, da unter anderem sehr groß
Garagenstellplatz etwas eng und der Wohnblock selber hat nicht gerade die Toplage. Aber für einen Strandurlaub ohne groß rumfahren völlig ausreichend.,
